Join us for an in-person workshop that will span 1.5 days at the Tamarack Conference Center.

Monday, October 2, 2023 will be 8:30am until 4:30pm

Tuesday, October 3, 2023 will be 8:30am until 1:30pm

During the workshop you will:

1. explore the management philosophy that has been successful at Zingerman’s
2. learn Zingerman’s approach to customer service and how it can be adapted to work in your organization.
3. learn new skills and knowledge to improve your bottom-line performance as managers and leaders
4. become part of a network of peers to help get past roadblocks.
5. learn the differences between system, training and management problems
6. use Zingerman’s 4 training plan questions to develop/update training plans
7. model Zingerman’s 5 steps to effective on shift training
8. strengthen connections as a team and identify how to use each other as resources
9. and take responsibility for the effectiveness of your own training.
