Mary is a 2004 graduate of Concord University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management. Prior to working for RCAC Mary was a retail store director and part of new store builds. Mary spent 5 years as a stay-at-home mom. After her daughter began school\, Mary was a substitute teacher for the Mercer County Board of Education. Mary began working for RCAC in September of 2018. Mary’s office is located at her alma mater Concord University. Mary assists small businesses throughout the state of West Virginia with local\, state and federal government contracting.  \nMcKenzie Greer is a Procurement Counselor with RCAC-PTAC located at the home office in Charleston\, WV. McKenzie is a 2017 graduate of the University of Charleston with a B.A in Communications. Before working for RCAC\, McKenzie was a Business Development Representative at N3. Prior to that position she was the Communications Coordinator for the non-profit EntreEd. McKenzie has been with RCAC since April 2019. McKenzie’s focus is to assist small businesses in WV with local\, state and federal government contracting and helping small businesses in West Virginia thrive in the government contracting arena.
